Having just bid farewell to the joy of the Mid-Autumn Festival and about to embrace the excitement of National Day, the company’s Administrative and Human Resources Department carefully organized an employee tug-of-war competition themed "Unite Hearts & Gather Strength". The event kicked off on the company basketball court on the afternoon of September 29.

A total of six teams formed by various departments of the company took part in the competition. Adopting a knockout format, the fierce contest lasted for 40 minutes before the champion, runner-up and third place were decided, with the winning teams coming from the Production Department, Engineering Department and Quality Department respectively.

Both the Chairman and General Manager attended the event in person to cheer for the participants and present awards. Ranking is secondary. What matters most is that throughout the competition, team members cooperated tacitly and pulled together with one heart. Everyone deeply realized that individual strength is limited, while teamwork is powerful. Meanwhile, the full strength of a team also relies on proper strategy.

Caring for employees has always been one of Yabosion’s enduring missions. Besides tug-of-war competitions, the company holds a variety of activities every year such as group tours and outward bound training to enrich employees’ spare time life.
