In November Shanghai Yabosion moved its address to Wuhu and merged with Wuhu Yabosion to form: Wuhu Yabosion Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Co., Ltd.)

In January the company was listed on the New Third Board.

In May the company was admitted to the Innovation Layer of the New Third Board.

In November the company was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange.

In December a wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhu Zhiya Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd., was established.

In May 82 mu of land was acquired in Nanling County to build a relocation project for high-end electronic manufacturing (PCBA products).

In December the company relocated entirely to No. 92 Jishan West Road.
