On the morning of September 13, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) conducted an on-site inspection and research visit to Wuhu Yabosion Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Relevant officials from the Wuhu Municipal Financial Bureau, Nanling County People’s Government, and Nanling County Finance Bureau (Local Financial Supervision Bureau) accompanied the visit.

The research team conducted an on-site inspection of the company’s production and R&D layout, business operations, corporate management, and development demands. In-depth exchanges were held on key topics including refinancing of listed companies and the construction of compliance systems. The team also provided on-site responses to capital market-related inquiries, and exchanged in-depth views on the 19 Reform Measures for the In-depth Reform of the Beijing Stock Exchange, as well as the progress of capital market development in Wuhu City.
