The 2016 SMT training session for production staff of Wuhu Yabosion was held in the company’s main conference room.

The training was hosted by Jiang Hao, Supervisor of the SMT Engineering Department. He gave an in-depth explanation of problems encountered in production in the previous year, as well as the impact of SMT engineering technology and equipment debugging on product quality.

Zhu Min, Deputy Supervisor of Workshop No.2, provided training on basic SMT knowledge for new employees, and offered guidance on key points and precautions in manual SMT component placement operations.
