As the Spring Festival is approaching, to ensure the company and all employees spend a joyful, peaceful and safe festival, and effectively do a good job in safety management during the holiday, relevant arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

2016 Spring Festival Holiday Arrangement

The holiday will be from February 6 to February 13, totaling 8 days with compensatory leave adjustment. All staff shall resume work normally on Sunday, February 14.

(The leave adjustment for February 6 will be arranged after the holiday.)

Strictly Conduct Safety Inspections

All departments shall carry out comprehensive safety inspections of offices focusing on fire prevention and theft prevention. Please sort out documents and materials properly, keep important files well preserved, and place valuables in safe locations to avoid loss or theft.

Holiday Safety Reminders

The holiday period is prone to safety accidents. All employees shall pay close attention to personal and property safety during the vacation and return to work on time after the holiday.

(During the holiday, if overtime work is required in the production workshop, relevant personnel shall actively cooperate. Please keep your mobile phones accessible and adjust your schedules in advance.)

Appendix

All employees shall clean and tidy up their office areas after lunch on February 5. Requirements: clean floors, neat desks and chairs, and orderly arrangement of articles.

The Administrative Department will inspect the hygiene and safety conditions of all departments in the afternoon, and Spring Festival gifts will be distributed accordingly.
