The newly built No.3 SMT Production Workshop of Wuhu Yabosion Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation in April 2017.

Equipped with advanced production and testing facilities, the workshop’s SMT production line adopts DEK full-automatic solder paste printers from the UK, KY SPI systems from South Korea, YS12F / Panasonic NPM high-speed placement machines, Ersa lead-free nitrogen reflow soldering machines from Germany, Omron AOI automatic optical inspection machines, Shimadzu X-ray detectors from Japan for perspective inspection and analysis of BGA components, as well as three-coordinate measuring instruments and ED-XRF hazardous substance analyzers.

The workshop maintains Class 10,000 cleanliness standard, with a daily production capacity of 5 million components per day.
