Production Deputy General Manager Han Zhisong trained new employees on basic SMT knowledge, production equipment operation and other professional content.

The company organized basic SMT training for new employees. A written examination was conducted covering the SMT production skill requirements, operation and adjustment of relevant equipment, quality management standards, packaging and transportation specifications, as well as corporate culture learned in the training.

The centralized training for new employees of Wuhu Yabosion in 2017 was held in the company’s large conference room. The main training contents included electronic components, basic SMT knowledge, operating procedures and specifications of production equipment, environmental management, and corporate culture.
